What are Cashless Scrip Machines?
Purpose of a Cashless Scrip Machine
A Cashless Scrip Machine is designed to work with your customer's bank and credit cards, giving them access to their cash and allowing them to spend more inside your store. These self-serve stand alone systems allow you to place this machine anywhere in your business without the need of a cashier to run the machine. Counter models, and drive-thru units are also available.
Simple to Use
Your customer slides their card through the terminal and then enters their PIN Number. The customer then chooses a dollar amount and receives a scrip/cash coupon which can only be redeemed at your place of business.
Host-to-Host POB Systems
Our host-to-host POB system is ideal for large retailers and corporations with multiple locations. Integrating this Point of Banking system into your existing platform is easy if you are using standard host-to-host transaction specifications. Minimal training makes these new transactions easy to introduce at retail locations. If host-to-host connectivity is not available, new POB terminals can be placed at each retail location.
If your retail locations currently communicate with a central host computer before connecting externally for authorization, then support for a new POB transaction within your existing transaction base can be cost-effectively developed. You can continue to manage your own security key zones, your own infrastructure and your own sphere of transaction processing.
Communication between your central location and Merchant Payment Services would be via a single secure VPN connection, using your existing infrastructure.
